Yes Virginia there is a Mad Pundit Radio show this weekend. MPR will pour forth from the airwaves from 1 to 3pm. this Saturday, the 23rd of September in the Year of our Lord 2006. The broadcast is best heard when the listener is tuned in to the frequency of 640 on the AM band in the metro Atlanta area. The corresponding call letters?-WGST.

This week the pundit and cast will mull over topics of interest to many. As well as a few topics that are of interest mainly to themselves… and maybe, if you’re lucky… just a couple of topics that are only considered interesting to part-time cab drivers sharing stories over a hot cup of coffee after an AA meeting.

The big stories include Bush calling Iran to the carpet at the UN, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad calling for more time at the UN, and Hugo Chavez calling Bush the Devil at the UN. The other big stories feature spoiled spinach, interrogation compromise between Republicans, gubernatorial candidates calling for the death penalty for repeat molesters, an attorney general muscling internet providers to preserve all customer records, and the latest balls-up in the latest Saddam trial.

The pundit might also chat about the completely useless Space Shuttle program, the new Tickle-Me-Elmo Xtreme doll, and Jackie Chan’s recent porno disclosure.
